Nicole Reininger has extensive experience in leadership roles within the telecommunication industry. Nicole currently serves as the Manager of Customer Experience at GVTC Communications. In the past, Nicole has held positions such as Inventory Control Manager & Network Lead OSS/BSS Applications, Manager Service Center-Provisioning Support & Dispatch, Service Center Supervisor, and Facilities Assigner. Prior to joining GVTC, Nicole worked at CPS Energy as a Router/Work Dispatcher/QC Clerk. Through their various roles, Nicole has demonstrated strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and time management skills, as well as a passion for customer satisfaction.
