Dave Taylor

Dave Taylor has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Dave recently worked as the Director of Operations at G&W Electric Co. starting in February 2019. Before that, from 2017 to 2018, they held the position of Vice President of the North American Regional Product Group at Norican Group. In this role, they were responsible for various engineering and product development functions. Prior to their time at Norican Group, Dave worked at Wheelabrator Group (Canada) Ltd. from 2009 to 2017 as the Director of Engineering and was also a signing officer for the company. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Goodrich Landing Gear and Goodrich Landing Gear Services in various managerial roles, including SAP MRO Team Lead, Afttermarket Services Group Manager, and Director of Quality Assurance. Throughout their career, Dave has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills in addition to their technical expertise.

Dave Taylor completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo between the years 1980 and 1986. In addition, they have attained certifications from the Ministry of Labour as a Joint Health and Safety Committee Certified Member and from Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).
