Josué Hernández

Josué Hernández has a diverse work experience in various companies. Josué worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at G&W Electric Co. starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at ABB as a Project Engineer from April 2022 to November 2022. In 2021, they had two roles, one as a Lean Challenge participant at ABB from July 2021 to August 2021, and another as a Maintenance Planning support at BMW Group from January 2021 to June 2021. In their role at BMW Group, they contributed to the improvement of maintenance processes through SAP and collaborated with suppliers for spare parts. Josué also led a project to create standardized sheets for maintenance tasks, which was later adopted by other departments.

Josué Hernández completed their education from 2017 to 2021 at the Universidad Politécnica de San Luis Potosí. Josué pursued a degree in Ingeniería with a field of study in manufacturing.
