Katherine Ramsey

Katherine Ramsey's work experience begins in 1983 when they started working at BP Amoco, where they held various roles, including Manager of Human Resources for the Chemical Intermediates Business Group. In 1999, they became an Owner and Principal at Christopher & Associates, LLC, providing leadership development and human resource capability services as an Independent Consultant. In 2008, they joined G&W Electric Company as Vice President of Human Resources, where they played a key role in the company's aggressive growth and expansion. In 2015, they became Vice President of Human Resources for the US and Mexico at Samuel, Son & Co., Limited. Currently, since 2018, they serve as the Vice President of Global Human Resources at G&W Electric Co.

Katherine Ramsey has a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Michigan State University. Katherine also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Comparative English Literature from the University of Michigan. Additionally, they have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, also from the University of Michigan.
