Lori Crowder

Lori Crowder has an extensive work history in the field of human resources. Lori started their career at G&W Electric Co. as an HR Coordinator in 2009 and worked their way up to the position of Human Resources Generalist. Lori then became a Human Resources Business Partner in 2018 and was promoted to the Senior HR Business Partner role in February 2021. Prior to working at G&W Electric Co., Lori was an Office/Property Manager at ICNC from 2004 to 2008.

Lori Crowder holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from North Park University. Lori also has an Associate's degree in Horticulture and Landscape Management from Illinois Central College. In addition to their formal education, Lori Crowder has obtained several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include TWI (Training Within Industry) - Job Instruction obtained in March 2018, Predictive Index Analyst obtained in July 2015, DDI Targeting Selection Program Manager obtained in August 2014, and Job Analyst - National Position Evaluation Plan Unit I obtained in May 2010.
