Nicola D'Alfonso

Nicola D'Alfonso has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In 2011, they worked at D.F. impianti as a Perito Elettronico e delle Telecomunicazioni. From 2014 to 2015, they served as an Approval Engineer at Danfoss Solar Inverters A/S, where they investigated and monitored grid codes for specific countries, obtained Grid Code Approvals, and maintained product declarations and certificates. At Danfoss Drives, they held multiple positions such as a Project Manager/Process Developer Engineer from 2015 to 2017, where they facilitated workshops, managed project teams, and led the development of new products. Nicola also worked as an R&D Electrical Engineer, focusing on Function Safety, from 2015 to 2016. From 2017 to 2020, Nicola was a Senior Project Engineer & Regulatory Specialist Manager at UL, responsible for developing quality management systems and implementing new Directive Certification services. Currently, they are with G&W Electric Co. as an R&D NPD Project Manager/Program Management, leading and managing complex projects with a large budget, overseeing corporate and business strategy, and managing a full automation strategic project.
