Prior to that, Paola worked at FAMECCANICA GROUP from 2001 to 2021. During their time there, they held several roles, including Purchasing Logistics Manager, Global Sourcing Manager, Purchasing Manager, Logistic Systems, and Project Manager. These roles involved managing purchasing activities, overseeing logistics operations, and leading global sourcing initiatives.
