William Tesch has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. William started their career as a Production Coordinator at Elite Greek Clothing, where they operated CAM machines and assisted with various tasks. William then moved on to Recora Inc. as a Mechanical Engineer, where they focused on product design and prototype construction. At Caterpillar Inc., they served as a Senior Design Engineer and was responsible for liaising between different departments and creating hydraulic line assemblies. William also directed the research and development lab for testing hydraulic assemblies. Next, at Weber-Stephen Products LLC, they worked as a Quality Engineer, developing test plans and analyzing data for PPAP submissions.
