Alan Henderson

Alan Henderson has extensive work experience in the IT field. Alan is currently serving as the Group Data, Analytics & Integration Manager at GWA Group Limited since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Methven Limited for 12 years, from February 2009 to November 2021, as the Group IT Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing group information systems, implementing cloud computing transformation, and overseeing the modernization and automation of various enterprise systems.

Before joining Methven Limited, Alan worked at Navico Asia Pacific Ltd as the IT Manager Asia Pacific from November 2003 to December 2008. Alan also worked at Navman NZ as the IS Solutions Manager from 2003 to 2007. Alan'searliest work experience was at News International, where they served as a Senior Technical Analyst for Production Systems from 1995 to 2002.

Alan Henderson earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Engineering Science/Theoretical & Applied Mechanics from The University of Auckland. Alan also obtained additional certifications, including the Certified SAFe® 6 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2023 and the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in August 2020.
