Anna Blaikie

Anna Blaikie has extensive work experience in health, safety, and environment roles. Anna is currently the Head of Health, Safety, and Environment at GWA Group Limited since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Assurance Manager - Global Accounts at Equal Assurance starting from October 2019. From September 2020 to May 2022, Anna served as the Head of HSEQ at The Men from Marrs (Marr Contracting). Anna was also the Head of Health, Safety, and Environment at CBRE from March 2014 to October 2019. Before that, Anna worked as an OHS Strategic Specialist at GrainCorp from June 2012 to February 2014. Anna was the HSE Manager at Veolia Water from January 2009 to May 2012 and served as the National Compliance Systems Manager at Veolia Environmental Services from January 2000 to December 2008. Anna's career began in the Royal Australian Navy, where they worked as a Navigating Officer from January 1993 to January 2000.

Anna Blaikie attended the University of New South Wales (UNSW) from 1993 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemistry. Later, they pursued further studies at UNSW from 2000 to 2003 and completed a Graduate Diploma in Safety Science, specializing in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).
