Duffie Dixon

Duffie Dixon currently serves as the Director of Marketing and Communications for Gwinnett County Public Library since May 2022. Prior to this role, Duffie operated Duffie Dixon Media from March 2019 to June 2022, providing training on on-camera and video conferencing presentation skills and creating video content for various platforms. Additionally, Duffie hosted podcasts for Business RadioX® from January 2017 to June 2022. With a rich background in television journalism, Duffie worked as a general assignment reporter for WXIA-TV from March 2004 to October 2017, and as a crime reporter for WBTV from 2000 to 2003. Early career highlights include anchoring the first hour-long morning news show in Eastern Idaho at KPVI News 6 from 1992 to 2000 and managing a team of 12. Duffie holds a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from Pepperdine University, earned between 1988 and 1990.
