Joe Reinert

Joe Reinert has extensive experience in IT support and education, currently serving as a Substitute Teacher for Gwinnett County Public Schools since January 2023. Prior to this role, Joe held various positions in technology, including Support Technician II at CareerBuilder, where responsibilities included resolving computer issues for over 600 employees. Joe's background includes roles as IT Support at Milner Technology Services, Systems Engineer at All Covered and Rocket IT, and Network Engineer at IBM Global Systems. Joe's expertise spans network configuration, installation, and support, as well as user migrations and problem resolution across multiple environments. Joe holds a B.A. in Journalism from Western Kentucky University.
