Brittney Bulfinch

Brittney Bulfinch is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in construction and stormwater management. Currently serving as Division Director and previously as Construction Manager at Gwinnett County Government since September 2014, Brittney has overseen numerous construction projects. Prior roles include Stormwater Construction Manager at URS, Inc. from July 2011 to September 2014, where project oversight spanned from inception to completion. Brittney also served as a Stormwater Planning Engineer at CH2MHILL OMI, where responsibilities included managing infrastructure inventories and conducting inspections. Additional experience includes Project Engineer at Moreland Altobelli Associates, Inc., and Senior Inspector for the City of Roswell, Georgia. Brittney holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies - Policy from Eckerd College.
