Jacqueline Hughes

Jacqueline Hughes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, business development, and technology consulting. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at Gwinnett County since November 2019, Hughes drives strategic initiatives within the County Administrator’s Office of Strategic Management and Budget, focusing on continuous improvement and public value maximization. Prior experience includes leading Alliance Channel Sales at Trextel, where a new line of business was established, and serving as Procurement Specialist at Middle Tennessee State University, where procurement operations were modernized. Hughes also held significant roles at California State University, Fullerton, where contributions included developing the campus's first mobile app, and co-owning ORANGE COAST TECHNOLOGIES, INC., facilitating major technological upgrades for enterprise clients.
