Aaci Daniel Fama

Daniel Fama, AACI has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Daniel started their career at Integris Real Estate Counsellors in 2011 as a Real Estate Analyst, where they worked until 2014. Daniel then joined GWL Realty Advisors in 2014 as a Portfolio Management Analyst, and later transitioned to the role of Manager, Development from 2015 to 2019. In 2019, Daniel joined RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust as a Director, Development until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Development at GWL Realty Advisors since March 2023.

Daniel Fama, AACI, has a strong education background in the field of real estate appraisal and urban economics. Daniel attended The University of British Columbia, where they studied AACI - Real Estate Appraisal, DULE - Urban Land Economics, and completed a Certificate Program in Real Property Assessment. Additionally, they obtained a BA. Hons degree in Urban Geography and Environmental Studies from York University. Furthermore, they hold the certification of AACI, P. App from the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
