Ekaterina Krylova

Ekaterina Krylova has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Ekaterina is currently a Senior Manager of Portfolio Management at GWL Realty Advisors since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Manager of Asset Management at RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust from March 2021 to June 2023. Ekaterina also served as an Analyst of Portfolio Management at GWL Realty Advisors from November 2019 to March 2021. Ekaterina gained valuable experience as a Summer Intern in Development at RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust from April to August 2019. Before entering the real estate field, Ekaterina worked as a Financial Coordinator at a Community Agency from January 2017 to September 2018.

Ekaterina Krylova's education history begins with their high school education at Havergal College, where they earned their High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. After completing high school, they pursued higher education and enrolled at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management. From 2013 to 2016, they studied at Rotman School of Management and obtained their Bachelor in Commerce degree. Their field of specialization during this period was Accounting, with a minor in Economics.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Ekaterina Krylova furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Schulich School of Business at York University. From 2018 to 2019, they attended Schulich School of Business, specializing in a dual specialization of Finance and Real Estate & Infrastructure.

In addition to their formal education, Ekaterina Krylova has a certification in ARGUS Enterprise (ASC Enterprise), which they obtained from Altus Group in September 2020.
