Amit Ainapure

Amit Ainapure is an experienced technology and portfolio management professional with a robust background in delivering strategic initiatives. At TIAA, Amit served as Sr. Director of Technical Portfolio Management, leading a high-performing team to define long-term strategies and manage a 6-quarter roadmap. Previous roles include overseeing $30MM in strategic funding as Director of Program Management, and various management positions at CDW and Sears Holdings Corporation, where Amit managed multimillion-dollar budgets, facilitated project delivery, and led diverse teams through the software development lifecycle. Amit holds a Master's degree in Information Systems & Operations Management from Loyola University Chicago and a certificate in Software Development from Globsyn Technologies.
