Joseph Ferrara

Joseph Ferrara has a diverse work experience. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at PetSmart as a Retail Sales Associate, where they held various positions such as Cashier, Customer Service Representative, and Online Order Fulfillment. Joseph received recognition for their outstanding performance, being awarded "Associate of the Month" in August 2021 and "Best in Show" in December 2021 for Quarterly Recognition. In 2022, Joseph joined Colliers as a Valuation Analyst, where they prepared appraisal reports for Land and Multi-Family properties. Joseph conducted research, collected data, and searched for comparable property transactions. Joseph also collected market data and completed rent surveys. Lastly, in 2023, Joseph started working at GWL Realty Advisors as an Accounts Payable Accountant.

Joseph Ferrara's education history is as follows: they obtained an Ontario Secondary School Diploma from St. Theresa of Lisieux CHS in the period from 2013 to 2017. Subsequently, from 2017 to 2021, they attended the Ted Rogers School of Management - Toronto Metropolitan University, where they completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) with a major in Real Estate Management and a minor in Finance. Currently, they are enrolled at the UBC Sauder School of Business pursuing a Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation (PGCV), which they started in 2021. In addition to their formal education, Joseph has also earned additional certifications, including Tableau 2.0 from Bootcamps at the Ted Rogers School of Management in April 2021, and Power of Excel from Ted Rogers Bootcamps in August 2020.
