Michael Bansil

Michael Bansil has a diverse work experience across various roles and companies. Michael started their career at Siemens in 2002, where they worked as an Industrial Engineer for six years. In 2008, they joined D+H as a Process Excellence Leader and Real Estate Program Manager until 2016. During their time at D+H, they also served as the Head of Business Services, focusing on real estate, advanced workplace strategy, facilities, and health & safety. Since 2016, Michael Bansil has been working at GWL Realty Advisors, initially as Senior Director, Business Excellence, and later transitioning to Vice President and Senior Vice President, Business Excellence & Innovation.

Michael Bansil attended Toronto Metropolitan University from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering. Additionally, they have certifications in "Getting Results Without Authority" from CMC, "Performance EXCELLENCE Black Belt (Lean / Six Sigma / Project Management / Change Management)" from D+H, and "Sustainable Profit Improvement (SPI)" from Carpedia College.
