Nathalie Rousseau

Nathalie Rousseau is a seasoned professional in asset management with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Asset Management for Eastern Canada at GWL Realty Advisors since April 2022, Nathalie previously held the position of Executive Vice President of Asset Management and Transactions at Cominar from September 2020 to April 2022. Earlier in her career, Nathalie was with Ivanhoé Cambridge from May 1999 to September 2020, where responsibilities included Senior Vice President of Investments and Asset Management, specifically focusing on the acquisitions and dispositions of shopping centres. Nathalie Rousseau completed education at Université Laval from 1990 to 1993.
