Timothy Leung

Timothy Leung, CFA, is an accomplished professional in asset management with extensive experience in the real estate and construction sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Asset Management at GWL Realty Advisors since June 2020, Leung has previously held key positions at Trinity Development Group as an Asset Manager and Senior Development Analyst, as well as at Turner Construction Company as a Construction & Real Estate Analyst. Further experience includes roles at PCL Construction, where Leung progressed from a Real Estate Business Analyst to a Sustainability Construction Coordinator, and co-op positions at Metrolinx/GO Transit and TTC as a Project Coordinator and Civil Track Surveyor, respectively. Leung holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
