Zack Moore

Zack Moore has a diverse work experience in various industries. Zack started their career at J. Walter Thompson Worldwide as an Account Management Intern, where they gained experience in managing advertising campaigns and liaising between different teams. Zack then worked as an Account Coordinator, overseeing the creation and implementation of successful marketing initiatives.

Later, Zack joined Altus Group as a Market Analyst, where they conducted research and composed transaction reports on real estate in the GTA and GGH areas. Zack reviewed land transfers, development applications, and official plans, and performed site inspections to gather building specifications.

Currently, Zack is working at GWL Realty Advisors, where they have held multiple roles in the Asset Management department. Zack started as an Analyst and later became a Senior Analyst. Currently, they serve as a Manager, responsible for managing a portfolio of 6 million sq. ft. of industrial real estate and 1 million sq. ft. of retail properties.
