Ger Tarpey

Ger Tarpey has extensive work experience in operations management. Ger started their career in Accellent in 2005 as an Operations Manager, where they oversaw all operations and supply chain activities. Ger reported to the Director of Operations and was part of the site leadership team. During their tenure, they successfully achieved critical business objectives, including automation to support product growth and cost reduction. Ger also collaborated with various departments such as Engineering, Finance, Customer Service, HR, and IT. In 2012, Ger joined Accellent as a Director of Operations and continued in this role until 2014. Ger then joined Lake Region Medical as the Director of Operations, where they served until 2018. In 2018, Ger became the Managing Director at GW Lisk.
