Natalia Weber is an experienced energy consultant currently working with the OSCE since April 2025 and serves as a project manager for GWNET: Global Women's Network for the Energy Transition since January 2023. Natalia participated in the Young Energy Professionals Program with the World Energy Council Austria from April 2023 to April 2025. Previous roles include a junior researcher at AIT Austrian Institute of Technology GmbH and a researcher/consultant at Mitsidi Eficiência Energética, as well as contributions to the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis' Young Scientists Summer Program in 2021. Natalia has also worked as a researcher with Edp - Energias Do Brasil and Siglasul Consultores em Regulação. Academic qualifications include a Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Energy from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, along with a Master's degree in Energy Planning from USP - Universidade de São Paulo and earlier studies at Universidade Estadual do Rio Grande do Sul. Additionally, Natalia has completed a program on Software for Climate at Terra.do.
