Gaurav Chauhan

Gaurav Chauhan is a seasoned professional in the field of technical support and network engineering, currently serving as Manager Technical Support at GX Group since July 2021. Previously, Gaurav held the position of Deputy Manager at FiberHome India Private Limited from August 2018 to July 2021, where expertise in IP routing and switching protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, and MPLS was demonstrated. Gaurav's career also includes experience as NOC Lead at FiberHome India and Regional Engineer at FiberHome International, providing technical services and remote assistance for xPON products. With a foundational background in mathematics from Dr. BHRU University, Gaurav is furthering education in Computer and Information Sciences and Information Technology through online master's degrees at Amity Online, initiated in 2018.
