Americo Rodriguez is a seasoned data engineering and analytics professional currently serving as the Sr. Director of Global Data Engineering & Platform Architecture at GXO Logistics, Inc., where responsibilities include leading the development of a modern data platform utilizing technologies such as Snowflake and GCP for global supply chain insights. As a co-founder of MatchIT Talent Solutions, Americo focuses on harnessing data, analytics, and AI to drive client success and community benefits. Previous leadership roles include Director of Enterprise Data and Analytics at Red Hat, Director of Enterprise Analytics Consulting Solutions at Blue Cross NC, and various management positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina. Americo holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
