Karen Leppard

Karen Leppard is a seasoned professional in the fields of sustainability and quality management, currently serving as Director of ESG at GXO Logistics, Inc. since October 2021. Prior to this role, Karen held the position of Head of Sustainability and ESG at Clipper Logistics plc from October 2021 until the company's acquisition by GXO. During a strong career in quality management, roles included National Quality Manager at both EV Cargo from January 2020 to October 2021, and NFT Distribution Operations Ltd from August 2012 to January 2020, along with experience as a Training and Quality Manager. Academically, Karen holds an MSc in Supply Chain Leadership and Management from Aston University and a Level 7 qualification in Leadership from the Institute of Leadership and Management.
