Shamim Imani, MBA, serves as the Director of ESG Reporting & Sustainability at James Hardie Building Products since November 2017, where responsibilities include integrating ESG and sustainability into global operations and engaging with C-suite executives and the board on strategy. Previously, Shamim held various leadership roles, including R&D Business Unit Leader at James Hardie, Business Unit Leader at Calnetix Technologies, and VP of Waste Heat Products at GE Heat Recovery Solutions, focusing on product development, strategic growth, and market expansion. With an educational background that includes an Executive MBA from the University of California, Irvine, and a Master's in Electrical Engineering from UCLA, Shamim has demonstrated expertise in driving innovation, establishing technology roadmaps, and significantly enhancing revenue and margins across multiple organizations.
