Karen Vacchio

Karen Vacchio has extensive work experience in the field of compensation and HR operations. Karen is currently serving as the SVP Total Rewards and HR Operations at GXO Logistics, Inc. Prior to their current role, they held the same position at XPO Logistics, Inc. Karen'sprevious experience includes working as the VP of Total Rewards at Diebold Nixdorf, VP of Compensation and Recognition at Cox Automotive Inc., and various roles at Dealertrack, where they led the compensation and benefits function for a software technology company. Karen also worked as a Compensation Consultant at Revlon, Inc. and a Compensation Manager at TIAA-CREF.

Karen Vacchio has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management and Organizational Development from Fordham University. Karen also has a background in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Hofstra University.
