Ken Defeo

Ken DeFeo has a comprehensive work experience in the field of human resources. Ken currently holds the position of Vice President of Global Compensation at GXO Logistics, where they spearhead the Regional Compensation Team and is responsible for creating incentive plans and a broad-based compensation structure across the organization.
