Mike Rizzo

Mike Rizzo has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Mike started their career in the US Army as a Major in the Quartermaster division from 1995 to 2003. Mike then worked at Target as a Group Leader from 2003 to 2005, and subsequently served as a Senior Group Leader-Facility Operations until 2007. Mike joined Office Max in 2007 as a Customer Fulfillment Center Manager, holding the position until 2014. At Pier 1 Imports, they worked as the Director of E-Commerce Fulfillment from 2014 to 2019. Since 2019, Mike has been working as the Senior Director of Operations at GXO Logistics, Inc.

Mike Rizzo earned their MBA in Strategic Business Management/Global Supply Chain Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business in 2010. Mike also completed the Liberal Arts Management Program with a focus on History and Finance, as well as East Asian Studies with a specialization in Chinese at Indiana University Bloomington from 1990 to 1995.
