Paul Durkin

Paul Durkin currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at GXO Logistics, Inc. since October 2025. Previously, Paul held the position of Chief Customer & Innovation Officer at Wincanton from September 2007 to October 2025, where responsibilities included managing the Digital and eFulfilment division and overseeing Home and DIY operations. Earlier experience includes serving as Business Director at DHL Exel from January 2004 to January 2007 and Account Director at Tibbett & Britten from January 1991 to January 2004. Paul holds a 2:1 degree in Transport & Distribution from The University of Huddersfield, completed in January 1991.
