Rob Thyen

Rob Thyen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Rob currently holds the position of SVP Solutions and Technology at GXO Logistics, Inc. Prior to this, they served as the SVP Solutions Engineering and Interim CIO at the same company. Rob also held the role of Senior Vice President Solutions Engineering at GXO Logistics, Inc.

Before joining GXO Logistics, Inc., Rob Thyen worked at GEODIS, where they held various senior-level positions. Rob served as the Senior Vice President Engineering and Facilities, Vice President Engineering & Facilities, Vice President of Implementation, Director of Project Management, Sr. Manager of Project Management, and Project Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing project management activities and providing guidance on supply chain design functions.

Rob Thyen also has experience working at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), where they served on the MTSU Supply Chain Advisory Board. Additionally, they worked at FloStor Engineering, Inc. as the Engineering Manager, responsible for engineering and project management. Prior to that, they were an Applications Engineer at Fortna, where they designed and maintained drafting and pricing software.

Rob Thyen attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering. In 2022, they also obtained a certification in the Executive Challenge Course from Gap International.
