Venkat Ramalingam

Venkat Ramalingam is a seasoned IT professional with over 15 years of experience in supply chain logistics and fulfillment technologies. He currently serves as the IT Manager for WMS Implementation at GXO Logistics, Inc., a role he has held since November 2023. His career includes pivotal positions such as Senior IT Implementation Specialist and Solutions Architect at FedEx Logistics, and IT Implementation Lead at GEODIS.

Venkat has successfully implemented technical solutions for major retailers across the globe, drawing on his international experience living and working in India, the UK, and the USA. His earlier roles at Payless, Target, Marks & Spencer, Walmart, and an internship with Indian Railways have further deepened his expertise in IT systems and warehouse operations technology.

Recognized as an industry expert, Venkat is a Chartered Member and the appointed Chair of the 2025 CITLNA Conference, where he leads thought leadership initiatives in logistics and technology. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University, Chennai.
