Vivek Tembe has a range of work experience in the logistics and supply chain industry. Vivek is currently the Head of Operations - INDIA at GXO Logistics, Inc. Their previous roles include being a Sr. Key Account Manager at Future Supply Chain Solutions Limited, General Manager at F M India Supply chain Pvt ltd, Project Manager at DHL Supply Chain, Project Manager at Linfox, Operations Manager at Reliance logistics, and Executive at Eros Electricals. Vivek's experience spans from 1999 to the present, with a focus on leadership, project management, and operational excellence.

Vivek Tembe holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from IBM Institute of Management, which they completed from 2008 to 2009. Vivek also obtained a Diploma in Personnel Management from Prin. L.N. Wellingkar Institute Of Mgt. Develop from 1996 to 1997. Prior to that, Vivek earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounts and Economics from Bedekar College of Commerce, which they completed from 1991 to 1994. Their earliest education was at M H Highschool, where they obtained their SSC qualification from 1984 to 1989.
