Hayley Richards

Human Resources Director at Gymbox

Hayley Richards has extensive work experience with Gymbox, starting in 2010 as a receptionist and eventually progressing to various managerial roles. Hayley began their career as a receptionist in October 2010 and subsequently became a reception manager. From February 2012 to November 2015, they served as the studio, operations, and reception manager. After a brief sabbatical cover as a group admin assistant, Hayley became the group administration manager in July 2013 and held this role until November 2015. Hayley then transitioned to become the head of administration and member services from November 2015 to May 2017. Starting in May 2017, Hayley served as the head of projects and administration until October 2018. Hayley then took on the role of talent manager from November 2018 to March 2021. From March 2021 to February 2023, Hayley was the head of human resources, and they are currently working as the human resources director at Gymbox since February 2023.

Hayley Richards attended Rose Bruford College from 2006 to 2009. During their time at the college, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts, General. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including a Payroll Technician certification from The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) in July 2021, a Mental Health First Aid certification from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in November 2019, a CIPD Advanced Level 7: Human Resources Management certification from CIPD Qualifications in January 2019, a GDPR Foundation and Practitioner level certification from The Knowledge Academy in August 2017. Hayley has also acquired advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel through training from Best STL and completed a Prince 2 Project Management Practitioner course from PRINCE2online.
