Amber Gleeson

Amber Gleeson is an experienced team leader with a diverse background in management across various hospitality and fitness environments. Currently serving as a Team Lead at Gymshark since August 2022, Amber previously held roles as Assistant Restaurant Manager at Rosa's Thai, where responsibilities included overseeing operations, staffing, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Prior management experience includes positions at Energie Fitness in Hayes and Archway, where Amber contributed to health and safety compliance and customer retention initiatives. Amber’s earlier roles involved supporting public protection within Camden Council, and working as a Duty Manager and Lifeguard at Fusion Lifestyle. Amber holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language from the University of Brighton and has demonstrated commitment to education by supporting vulnerable student populations in various learning environments.
