Floriana Baldassarre

Floriana Baldassarre currently serves as the Global Retail Operations Coordinator at Gymshark since November 2023. Previously, Floriana was the Head of Operations at Kaushik Velendra from October 2022 to March 2023, where consultancy expertise in project management and analytics facilitated the successful delivery of the Fashion Awards 2022 and participation in London Fashion Week. Prior to that, Floriana held the position of Head Of Retail Operations at The Alkemistry, managing three retail stores in London and overseeing e-commerce operations. As Flagship Store Manager and Concession Manager at Claudie Pierlot, Floriana managed key openings, including the flagship store in Regent Street. Experience also includes a role as Womenswear and Accessories Specialist at Harrods, achieving top sales performance. Early career internships were completed at Max Mara Fashion Group, Bulgari, and Versace. Floriana holds a Master of Science in Luxury Management from the International University of Monaco and multiple degrees in Business Administration and French Language and Literature.
