Thomas Vandeweghe

Thomas Vandeweghe is an experienced professional in the textile and home textile sectors, currently serving as Head of Quality at Gymshark since October 2023. Previously, Vandeweghe held the position of Asia Sourcing VP at Groupe ETAM from October 2019 to November 2023. A significant portion of Vandeweghe's career has been with Carrefour Global Sourcing, where roles included Quality & Production Director and Regional Quality and Production Manager for the Indian subcontinent and Hong Kong. Vandeweghe's expertise encompasses technical product development, compliance, and quality control across multiple Asian manufacturing countries. Additional experience includes positions at Marks and Spencer and DB Apparel, where responsibilities ranged from operations management to purchasing for renowned brands. Vandeweghe holds an engineering degree in textiles from ENSITM, earned between 1993 and 1996.
