Erin Kwiatkowski

Erin Kwiatkowski is a seasoned HR compliance professional with extensive experience in leading compliance initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as the Sr. HR Compliance Manager at GE Aerospace since July 2019, Erin is responsible for driving compliance with policies, guidelines, and laws within the HR organization. Previously, Erin held the position of HR Compliance Manager at Marriott International, where project lifecycle management of Affirmative Action Programs was a key responsibility. Erin has also provided expert consulting on Affirmative Action as an HR Consultant at Berkshire Associates Inc., and applied wage and hour laws during tenure as Corporate HR Manager at NCO Financial Systems. Erin's educational background includes a BS in Human Resource Management and Marketing from the University at Buffalo School of Management.
