Thomas L. DuMay

Tom DuMay, Director of Risk Management, joined in January of 2000. Prior to being named Director of Risk Management, Mr. DuMay served as the Assistant Director of Risk Management from January 2000 to December of 2014 where he was responsible for overseeing the property casualty claims and associated litigation. From July 1996 to January 2000, Mr. DuMay was with Crawford & Company the world’s largest independent provider of claims and risk management solutions where he served as a Senior Claims Examiner, and held GMS as one of his clients. Mr. DuMay holds a Bachelor of Science from Southeast Missouri State University and also has his Senior Claim Law Associate (SCLA) designation from the American Educational Institute.
