Richard Silversides

Richard Silversides currently serves as Vice President of Engineering at Gypsum Technologies Inc., a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Richard held various engineering and managerial positions at Gypsum Technologies Inc., including Engineering Manager from September 2004 to April 2019 and Project Manager for high-speed gypsum wallboard manufacturing plants. Richard's experience also includes serving as Engineering Manager at James Hardie from May 2002 to May 2004, Engineering Manager at Georgia-Pacific LLC from 1996 to 2001, and Project Engineer at Domtar from January 1991 to December 1995. Richard Silversides earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
