Eva Pekle

Principle Research Associate at Gyroscope Therapeutics

Eva Pekle is a Principal Scientist I at Gyroscope Therapeutics, with prior experience as a Senior Research Associate. Before this role, Eva worked as a Scientist at Achilles Therapeutics Limited, focusing on drug product characterization of clinical samples, including T cell culture and flow cytometry. Additionally, Eva contributed as a Research Associate at MedImmune during a PhD project that explored the correlation between cell attributes and productivity in CHO cells, leading to the development of a novel host cell line. Early career experiences include research positions at University College London, the University of Washington, and Johns Hopkins Hospital, coupled with an academic architect role at The ChengYin Private Academy. Eva holds a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Kent, an MSc in Experimental Pharmacology and Therapeutics from UCL, and has attended The Johns Hopkins University and the University of South Carolina.
