David Hilt

David Hilt, CISA, currently serves as Manager of IT Internal Controls Compliance at H.B. Fuller since August 2021. Previously, David held the position of Manager, IT SOX & ICOC Compliance at Charles Schwab from April 2020 to August 2021 and worked as Senior IT Internal Auditor at Empower Retirement from July 2018 to April 2020, where responsibilities included planning and executing audit plans for SOX compliance and collaborating with external auditors. David's earlier experience includes roles at EY, the U.S. Army National Guard, and the Student Accounting Society, the latter as Internal Auditor. David holds a Master of Science in Information and Communications Technology with a focus on Information Systems Security from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a dual major in Accounting and Information Systems from Central Michigan University.
