Delphine Biju Fernandez

Delphine Biju Fernandez has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of HR. Delphine started their career as a RRH Junior at Daher in 2005. Delphine then worked as a Juriste Droit Social - Relations Sociales at CNAMTS from 2005 to 2006. In 2007, they joined Inrap as a Responsable Relations Sociales - Action Sociale. Following that, they served as an HR Manager France at Forbo Adhesives from 2008 to 2012. Delphine then moved on to H.B. Fuller, where they held multiple roles including HR Manager France, HR Manager Southern Europe, HR Manager Southern Europe (France, Spain, Italy & Greece) + UK, European HR Business Lead for Operation, R&D and Supply Chain + HR Country Manager, and currently European HR Business Lead for Sales and Supply Chain (HHC & CA) + HR Country Manager. Throughout their career, Delphine has demonstrated their expertise in HR process improvements and effectively interacting with business leaders at all levels.

Delphine Biju Fernandez has a Maitrise en Droit Privé from Université de Tours, as well as a DESS (Master 2) in Droit Social & Relations de travail and a Maitrise en Droit des Affaires, both from Université de Tours.
