Diana Goncalves

Diana Goncalves, MBA, has extensive work experience in various roles within multinational companies. Diana started their career at Avis Budget Group as a Senior Pricing Analyst, where they were responsible for analyzing internal and competitive business metrics to draft pricing recommendations. Diana also played a key role in designing and delivering business and systems training for new hires.

Later, Diana joined Quest Diagnostics as a Strategic Pricing Analyst, where they contributed to pricing strategies and analysis. Diana then moved to RB, where they held several positions including Sr. Customer Planning & Forecasting Analyst, Sr. Financial Analyst, Finance Manager, and Brand Manager for Frank's RedHot Foodservice. In these roles, they managed business planning, marketing programs, sales promotions, and co-branding efforts with national accounts.

After their tenure at RB, Diana joined BASF as the Global Finance Manager for Polyolefins and later became the Head of Global R&D Controlling for the Catalysts Division. Diana was responsible for global reporting and analysis, budgeting, strategy development, and operational excellence oversight. Diana also led the financial carve out and due diligence process for the Polyolefins divestiture.

Currently, Diana is working at H.B. Fuller as the Global Payroll & Travel Director. Diana has also held the roles of Global Payroll & Travel Sr. Manager and Global Travel & Expense Manager. In their current role, they are responsible for managing the global travel and expense program, developing strategies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring policy compliance.
