Erin Pavlacky

Erin Pavlacky has a diverse work experience in the personal care and healthcare industries. Erin worked at H.B. Fuller as a Research Scientist from January 2019 to February 2022. Following that, they assumed the role of Global R&D Manager - Hygiene; Health & Beauty from February 2022 to August 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Personal Care Global R&D Director at H.B. Fuller starting from August 2022. Prior to their time at H.B. Fuller, Erin worked at Carestream starting in April 2012. Erin held the positions of Formulation Scientist from April 2012 to March 2015, Senior Formulation Scientist from March 2015 to December 2017, and Technical Program Manager from December 2017 to January 2019. Erin began their career at North Dakota State University as a Graduate Research Assistant from January 2009 to January 2012.

Erin Pavlacky holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Coatings and Polymeric Materials from North Dakota State University, which was obtained from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, Erin completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry from the same institution, from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, Erin has obtained certification in the Applied Data Science Program from MIT Professional Education in 2023.
