Matt’s career began in 1993 at Border Foods, Inc., progressing through various roles in management and production prior to specializing in scheduling and planning. With a solid background in coordinating cross-departmental efforts and enhancing processes for on-time delivery, Matt has consistently demonstrated expertise in maximizing productivity and meeting customer needs across diverse manufacturing environments.
