HHC Global Quality And Sustainability Director at H.B. Fuller

Nathalie Ruelle has a diverse work experience in the field of quality and sustainability. Nathalie began their career in 2001 at Thomson Consumer Electronics, where they held roles as a Production Unit Manager and SHE-Quality Continuous Improvement Manager. Nathalie then moved to National Starch and Chemicals, working as a SHE-Q Manager and later as the European Quality Manager. In 2008, they joined Henkel and served as the SHE-Quality EMEA Manager for Industrial Adhesives, followed by a role as the Global and Europe Quality Manager for the same division. In 2013, Nathalie joined Henkel Adhesives and held positions as the Head of Quality Europe and later as the Global Head of Customer Quality & Europe Quality. Nathalie'smost recent role is with H.B. Fuller, where they serve as the HHC Global Quality and Sustainability Director.

Nathalie Ruelle completed their Master's degree in Chemistry at Chimie ParisTech - PSL from 1984 to 1987. Following this, they pursued a PHD in Material Sciences at Université de Bordeaux from 1987 to 1991.
