Rui Araújo Mota

Rui Araújo Mota is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in tax management and financial consultancy. Currently serving as Global Indirect Tax Manager and Process Improvement Manager for H.B. Fuller since June 2012, Rui focuses on process improvement across various groups and the implementation of Robotic Process Automation. As a Partner at Capitalizar since March 2017, Rui provides fiscal and financial consultancy services, including financial incentives and corporate restructuring. Previous experience includes work with Deloitte as a Tax Senior Consultant, where Rui specialized in tax optimization, planning, and compliance for diverse industries. Additionally, valuable early contributions were made in municipal governance and management consulting through positions with the Municipal Council of Vila Verde and FEP Junior Consulting, respectively. Rui holds a Master's degree in Finance and a degree in Economics from the University of Porto.
